Polish Man Arrested After Spinola Gardens Death To Be Arraigned In Court Today

27 year old Polish tourist Sebastian Malinowski will be arraigned in court this morning after being arrested in the alleged killing of a 31 year old Moroccan man on Sunday Malta.
Malinowski was reportedly due to leave Malta today, but will be facing charges on Monday morning after Abdellatif Oumakhlouf was found dead in the garden.
The victim was found with a deep cut on the back of his head in the garden, and it is believed that he was punched, fell and hit his head on concrete and bled to death.
Malinowski was later found by police near St George’s Bay and arrested.
