PN Approves 6 Additional Candidates For Next General Election

The Nationalist Party has approved six additional candidates for the upcoming general election during a meeting of its Executive Committee held at Dar Ċentrali on Friday evening.

The newly approved candidates are John Baptist Camilleri (Third District), Stefan Caruana (Fourth), Ray Gatt (Third), Angelo Micallef (Eighth), Jonathan Muscat (Ninth), and Rachel Williams (Twelfth).

Of these, Ray Gatt, Jonathan Muscat and Rachel Williams will be contesting a general election for the first time.

The candidates come from diverse professional backgrounds, including law, education, medicine, and engineering, with several also holding roles in local councils.

Addressing the meeting, PN Leader Alex Borg thanked the candidates for stepping forward, praising their commitment to public service.

With these additions, PN has now approved 34 candidates so far, as the party continues to build a broad and diverse team ahead of the next general election.
