Announcing new proposals for the upcoming general election, Prime Minister Robert Abela revealed that the incentive to buy an e-bike for people aged 16 to 18 will be doubled.
This would increase the amount to €1,300, making it more accessible for youth to buy alternative modes of transport as they enter the world of commuting.
