Peppa Pig Bil-Malti Season 2 To Feature Sign Language

From Monday 23rd February 2026, the much-loved animated series Peppa Pig bil-Malti will enhance accessibility for children by introducing episodes with sign language interpretation, continuing its commitment to inclusive programming. English subtitles will follow in May 2026, further expanding accessibility to non-Maltese-speaking audiences.

The integration of sign language reflects this ongoing dedication to making both entertainment and education more inclusive and widely available, while promoting equal opportunities for learning and connection. As one of the first children’s TV shows in Malta to progressively integrate all three official languages - Maltese, English, and Maltese Sign Language - it opens the door for more children to experience the joy and educational value that Peppa Pig brings.
