Patrol Vessel P24 Rescues Two Kayakers Off Wied iż-Żurrieq

Yesterday afternoon, the Malta Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) received a report of two people in difficulty while kayaking in the Wied iż-Żurrieq area.
Patrol vessel P24, which was already operating in the vicinity, was immediately directed to the scene. The crew swiftly located the kayakers and brought them safely on board.
Armed Forces Of Malta (AFM) stated, “The Armed Forces of Malta remain committed to safeguarding lives at sea and responding promptly to incidents of this nature.”
