PANINA Announces First-Ever Recruitment Day To Grow Its Team Across Malta

PANINA, one of Malta’s fastest-growing local food brands, is proud to announce its first-ever PANINA Recruitment Day, taking place on Sunday, 14th December 2025, between 10:00 and 14:00 at its Santa Venera outlet, in Cannon Road.

This open recruitment event invites motivated individuals to explore career opportunities within PANINA, meet the team behind the brand, and discover what it means to work in a fast-paced, community-driven food environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet PANINA’s founder Kurt Bezzina, franchise owners, and team members, get a first-hand look at daily operations, ask questions, and even apply on the spot. Attendees are encouraged to bring their CVs.

Current vacancies are available across all five PANINA outlets - St Venera, Fgura, Żebbuġ, Gżira, and Naxxar - in both full-time and part-time roles, including kitchen helpers, cashiers, marketing support, and managerial positions.

Applicants must be 20 years of age or older and should either already hold a Food Handling Licence B or be willing to register and complete the course upon starting employment.
