Owner Brings Rescue Dog To Malta After Finding Out He's Maltese

A travel influencer recently brought his rescue pup to Malta after finding out that his dog Elko has a little bit of Maltese in his DNA!
Taking to social media, the owner shared Elko’s journey from rescue dog to traveller, stating that “after traveling 40+ countries…we finally got the DNA results and we are shocked.”
The test revealed that Elko is 6.2% Maltese, so they “did the most logical thing” they could think of and travelled to Malta.
Elko got to enjoy all the classic sights, such as a staple trip to Valletta, a swim in the Mediterranean Sea, and a Gozo visit.
