Over €70,654 have been raised, the majority of which in under two days, to help Tonamol Baby, a woman who went into a coma after a road accident in Malta.

The accident tragically claimed the life of her unborn son, with Tonamol having to be hospitalised at Mater Dei Hospital ever since the July 16th accident.

Following a public appeal by her husband Tom Jacob, the financial goal set to get Tona’s treatment was reached within just two days.

‘When we started this campaign, we never imagined such an overwhelming response. Within just two days, the target was met — something we thought would take much longer. This has been possible only because of all of you — wonderful, kind-hearted people who stood with us in our time of need.’

‘From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, prayers, and kindness. Please continue to keep Tona in your prayers — more than anything, we still need your blessings and good wishes on this journey toward healing.’
