Over 7,400 Collisions Registered As Of June 2025 This Year

Responding to a parliamentary question, Minister Byron Camilleri revealed that this year, as of June 2025, a total of 7,494 were registered with the Malta Police Force and LESA.
983 were registered with the police, whereas 6,511 were registered with LESA. Last year, 2024, saw 2,805 registered with police whereas LESA saw 13,800 registered.
Between 2020 and June of 2025, the Malta Police Force saw 15,931 traffic collisions, whereas LESA saw, from April 15th 2020 to June 2025, a total of63,609.
