Over 20,000 Fines By Transport Malta This Year So Far

According to information tabled in parliament by Minister for Transport Chris Bonett, Transport Malta issued a total of 20,979 fines so far this year (2025).

Responding to a parliamentary question by MP Bernice Bonello, Bonett also revealed that between January and September of this year, the localities with the highest amount of fines issued were St Paul’s Bay, St Julian’s and Birkirkara.
