Over 13,000 Blue Badge Holders In Malta As Of October 2025

There are currently 13,101 Blue Badge holders in Malta, according to figures tabled in Parliament by the Minister for Inclusion and Volunteering, Julia Farrugia Portelli.
The Blue Badge scheme allows individuals with severe mobility impairments or disabilities to park closer to their destinations, improving accessibility and independence in everyday life.
The Minister confirmed that, as of 23rd October 2025, there were 13,101 active Blue Badge holders across Malta and Gozo.
