Oktoberfest Returns To Valletta Waterfront For Three Nights

Oktoberfest is returning to Valletta Waterfront for its second edition, with three nights of Bavarian-inspired celebrations taking place from the 7th to the 9th of October.

The open-air event will combine live music, street performances, roaming entertainment, food and a selection of local and international beers, all set against the Grand Harbour.

The programme begins at 6pm each evening, with different live acts taking to the stage throughout the three-day event.

Megan May will perform on Wednesday, Drakard will headline Thursday, while Janvil will close the celebrations on Friday.

Visitors can also take part in beer-drinking, pretzel-eating and other festival competitions, while the Waterfront’s restaurants will remain open and offer both Maltese and international dishes.

An Oktoberfest package will be available for €20, including four beer tokens and a reusable Oktoberfest cup, while stocks last.

Non-alcoholic and gluten-free beer options, as well as flavoured ciders, will also be available.

Entry to the event and entertainment areas is free.
