Nominations Open For Malta’s National Employee Of The Year Awards 2025

The Parliamentary Secretary for Social Dialogue has announced that nominations are now open for Malta’s 2025 National Employee of the Year Awards. The awards celebrate the hard work, dedication, and commitment of Maltese and Gozitan employees across the public, private, and community sectors.

Nominations can be submitted online until 7 November 2025, ahead of the awards ceremony under the patronage of the President of Malta on 15 November. This year’s awards will recognise excellence in areas such as leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, inclusivity, and lifetime achievement.

Chairperson of the Selection Board, Angela Agius, said the awards provide a national platform to highlight best workplace practices and values, celebrating not only employee dedication but also the entrepreneurial spirit of organisations that embrace family-friendly and socially responsible initiatives.
