New Lebanese Restaurant Al Kasbah is NOW OPEN at Hard Rock Hotel Malta

A taste of Lebanon has arrived in St George’s Bay as Al Kasbah Lebanese Grill & Lounge opens its doors at the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel Malta.

Located on the hotel’s ground floor, Al Kasbah is designed as an all-year evening destination, bringing together authentic Lebanese cuisine, warm hospitality and an atmosphere inspired by the energy of Beirut after dark.

Food takes centre stage, with a menu built around mezze, freshly baked breads, aromatic spices and sizzling charcoal-grilled specialities, spanning meat, seafood and vegetarian options. Classic Lebanese desserts round off the experience, while premium Lebanese beverages and coffee add another layer to the restaurant’s cultural offering.

But Al Kasbah is about more than what’s on the plate. Guests can expect the sights and aromas of fire and charcoal, alongside a soundtrack that evolves throughout the evening, creating a contemporary take on the traditional kasbah experience.

The concept also puts hospitality at its heart, with chefs, bartenders and hosts playing a key role in bringing Lebanese culture and its tradition of social dining to life.
