New Italian Restaurant 'MATTO' Now Open In St George's Bay

If you’re craving an authentic Italian meal, ‘MATTO’ opened today and is ready to host you!

Located at St Georoge’s Mall, the new restaurant offers an array of food and drinks, from handmade pasta finished table-side, to generous sharing plates, distinctive pizzas and unconventional cocktails.

The Italian word ‘Matto’ translates to mad, crazy or eccentric in English, and this is definitely reflected in their menu.

With a “PIZZA” cocktail made of basil-infused vodka, yellow tomato juice and a light focaccia-and-mozzarella foam, many pastas like Cacio e Pepe al Carrello and Spaghetti Nero Vongole, and the iconic Diavola Ribelle Pizza, there is something for everyone.

For bigger tables and bigger appetites, the one-kilogram Fiorentina is a proper occasion dish. The T-bone steak is served with anchovy garum and porcini butter sauce and is designed to be shared.
