Lifestyle Group is set to open TANVI this Saturday, 18 July, bringing a new contemporary Indian dining experience to St. George’s Bay.

The 150-cover restaurant aims to offer a fresh take on Indian cuisine, combining vibrant flavours, modern techniques, cocktail-led dining, and immersive social experiences. Developed through a collaboration between Lifestyle Group and Kricket co-founders Will Bowlby and Rik Campbell, TANVI reimagines traditional Indian dishes through creative sharing plates and bold flavour combinations.

Located within Lifestyle Group’s waterfront development, TANVI will feature indoor and terrace seating overlooking the bay, an open kitchen, and a dedicated cocktail bar. The concept is inspired by the idea of duality, represented through the story of two sisters with contrasting personalities — one refined and understated, the other energetic and playful.

The menu showcases contemporary interpretations of Indian favourites, including Pani Puri with green apple, mint and coriander amberjack, Mahi Mahi Hariyali Tikka with grilled green tomato pachadi, and Rabbit Keema Samosa with carrot and dill achaar, a special tribute to Malta’s national dish. Guests can also enjoy interactive experiences such as a bespoke tableside chaat trolley.

Cocktails will form a key part of the TANVI experience, featuring botanical-led creations inspired by Indian ingredients and designed to complement the food.

Lifestyle Group CEO and Director Robert DeBono said the opening reflects the group’s ambition to introduce innovative concepts that add something new to Malta’s hospitality scene.

TANVI forms part of Lifestyle Group’s wider summer 2026 launch in St. George’s Bay, which will introduce seven new hospitality concepts to the area.
