Neil Agius Completes 1st Of Seven Swims Around Gozo

Neil Agius has officially completed his first complete swim around Gozo on Sunday 31st August, seeing him swim for a whopping 44km and arriving safely ashore.
The record-breaking swimmer arrived to applause and various medical checks to ensure his safety, as he prepares to launch again today, Monday 1st September, from Ħondoq for yet another round.
This latest challenge by Neil will see him swim around Malta’s sister island once every day for seven days, as he conducts a live experiment on what happens to the human body under such extreme circumstances.
