National Lottery Launches Golden Number

National Lottery plc announced the launch of GOLDEN NUMBER, an exciting new add-on game available alongside the traditional LOTTO and FASTKENO games.

Designed to give players even more chances to win and to boost their winnings, GOLDEN NUMBER arrives just in time for the festive season.

This innovative feature adds an extra layer of thrill and anticipation to every draw, bringing more fun and more winning opportunities to players across Malta.

The launch of this new game feature as an add-on to two of the most popular lottery games in Malta, namely Lotto and FastKeno, forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to innovate and enhance the player experience. When innovation meets simplicity, players can expect something special.

Golden Number is very easy to play. It is a voluntary add-on feature that gives players the added incentive to win whenever their selection of numbers for Lotto and FastKeno also matches the Golden Number.

The Golden Number is always the final number drawn, the fifth number for Lotto and the twentieth number for FastKeno.

Starting from 7 December 2025, players will be able to add the Golden Number to their Lotto or FastKeno ticket for the chance to boost their winnings.
