The National Archives of Malta shared a set of clips and photographs of the beloved Għar Lapsi bay after the massive damage it suffered this week due to Storm Harry.

The archive shared memories from the 1970s, the 60s and the 50s, showing the change the beloved bay went through before it became what we know today… that is, before Storm Harry’s interference.

The clips and photos were provided by Philip Pisani, Guido Stilon and Ernie Miller.

Parliamentary Secretary for Public Works Omar Farrugia announced that works are already being undertaken to determine the next steps of restoring the beloved Siġġiewi bay.
