Mvintage Women Of The Year Celebrates Inspiring Maltese Women Making A Difference

The fifth edition of Mvintage Women of the Year brought together inspiring women, distinguished guests and supporters for a special evening celebrating ambition, resilience, leadership and positive change.
Held on Monday, 26 October, at Villa Mdina, the event recognised women whose personal journeys, dedication and contributions are making a meaningful difference across Maltese society.
The evening celebrated women who have gone above and beyond to support others, raise awareness about important issues and inspire positive change within their communities.

Among the distinguished guests attending the ceremony were European Parliament President Roberta Metsola, Dr Lydia Abela and Sarah Bajada.
This year's nominees included Althea Galea, Klara Mallia, Gloriana Arpa Belli, Graziella Bartolo Pizzuto, Mallison Brincat and Francesca Curmi.
Speaking to Malta Daily, Mvintage founder Krystle Penza explained why Women of the Year holds such a special place in her heart.
Penza highlighted how celebrating women, their personal stories and their resilience has always been at the centre of the Mvintage brand.
She explained that the initiative is about much more than recognising achievements. It is about empowering women, giving their stories the recognition they deserve and inspiring the next generation to believe in themselves.
As a mother to a young girl herself, Penza said the mission carries an even deeper personal meaning, as she hopes to celebrate the women of today while inspiring the women of tomorrow.
Now in its fifth year, the initiative has grown into more than just an awards ceremony. It provides a platform for women to share their stories, raise awareness about causes close to their hearts and connect with individuals and organisations who can help amplify their impact.
From advocacy and community work to health awareness, inclusion and personal resilience, the initiative highlights how even small actions can create meaningful change.

The organisers thanked the nominees, distinguished guests, sponsors and partners for making the evening possible and supporting their vision of celebrating women's achievements.
The event was supported by Busy Bee, MAPFRE Malta, The Malta Florist, Vini e Capricci and Malta Daily.
Congratulations to all the inspiring women recognised during this year's celebration!
