Mum, Dad & Son Presenting Play About Mental Health and Trauma

“L-Aħħar 13,” a play that explores the tragic story of a man who’s life is not his own, will be hitting the Spazju Kreattiv stage on March 20th!

The play is based on a 2013 Maltese novel by Ivan De Battista, who also wrote the script for this production, and will be brought to life by his son, Ryan Mark De Battista, in the main role.

The play also features Ivan’s wife, Simone De Battista, in the role of “Omm” and as the play’s producer.

The nameless protagonist, referred to as “Hu,” will take the audience through an emotional and profoundly human journey as “L-Aħħar 13” explores themes of love, loss, abuse, mental illness, and resilience.

You can watch the play at the Spazzju Kreattiv theatre between March 20th and March 29th. Tickets are priced at €20, with concessions available, and the play is expected to last around 100 minutes.
