Moviment Graffiti Organises National Protest Against Threatened Landscapes

On the 4th of October 2025, a protest titled “Ġustizzja għal Artna: Irtirawhom Issa!” will be taking place in Valletta, starting in front of the Law Courts.

This demonstration, organised by Moviment Graffiti, calls for the immediate withdrawal of proposed planning laws which, according to the organisers, threaten to erode Malta’s precious landscapes, cultural heritage, and remaining open spaces.

In a recent FaceBook post, Moviment Graffiti have shared a new promotion video for the protest, highlighting what is potentially at stake if the proposed planning laws take place.

Moviment Graffiti urge the public to join the demonstration, stating that “collective action can make a difference.”
