A motorcyclist was filmed driving whilst visibly using his phone in the Sliema area.
The video, shared by @talksnews, shows the driver using his phone as he drives along without a camera and bare chested.
Such reckless driving is highly condemnable as it puts the lives of not just the driver but others on the road at risk.
