Motorcyclist At Risk Of Dying After Mosta Vehicle Crash

Yesterday, at around 1800hrs, police were informed of a traffic accident in Triq iż-Żejfa, Mosta.
Preliminary investigations showed that a crash had taken place between a Kia Sportage driven by a 34 year old woman resident of Rabat and a Suzuki motorcycle driven by a 30 year old Indian man resident of Birkirkara.
A medical team was called on site and transported the man to Mater Dei Hospital. He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries.
An inquiry has been opened and investigations are ongoing.
