The Artemis II NASA team shared more stunning photos from their trip, showing the Earth miles away as they make their approach towards the moon.
One of the photos, shared by Christina Hammock Koch, shows her staring at her (and our) home planet as her braids flowed in zero gravity.
‘First braids to leave Earth orbit (unconfirmed)’, wrote Christina.
Other shots show the Earth at a distance as the mission prepares to achieve yet another milestone in space exploration… one of the most ambitious ever since the Apollo 11 mission.
