Promoting the upcoming Malta International Wine Festival, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights Anton Refalo jumped onto a currently viral trend.
The trend involves saying a different phrase through different emotional registers, with this video seeing the Minister trying to say ‘do you want a glass of wine.’
Refalo attempted to ask the question angrily, disappointedly, supportively and excitedly, but he really couldn’t hold in his excitement at each level.
