Alex Agius Saliba and Daniel Attard have been shortlisted for the MEP Awards, placing them among the best MEPs of 2026.
Agius Saliba remarked that "I am proud to be nominated as one of the best European Parliament members for the 6th consecutive time during the MEP Awards 2026."
This year, he was nominated for the Digital Champion and Innovation Award. He expressed that "this trust continues to fill me with more courage to continue working hard and represent all Gozitan and Maltese people in the best way possible in the European Parliament."
Daniel Attard was nominated for the Sustainable Tourism Award, which rewards those who promote tourism which is responsible, inclusive, and ready for the future around Europe.
