Business consultancy Mdina Partners has announced that UP Your Level, the leadership and performance advisory founded by Nathan Farrugia, has become part of its growing corporate training and HR advisory division.
The merger brings together two of Malta’s most respected names in organisational development, combining deep expertise in leadership, coaching, and performance improvement under the Mdina Partners brand.
The addition introduces new frameworks, tools, and professionals to Mdina Partners’ team, further strengthening its offering across leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic HR support.
