Mater Dei Emergency Bike Ride To Support Puttinu Cares This May!

The Mater Dei Hospital Emergency Bike Ride is set to take place on 29 May 2026, bringing together the community for an evening of solidarity and support in aid of Puttinu Cares.

Participants are asked to meet at 19:30 at the Oncology Parking area near the helipad, with the ride starting at 20:30. The event is open to cyclists of all levels and offers an opportunity to come together for a meaningful cause.

There is no participation fee to join the ride, however donations are encouraged. All proceeds will go towards supporting the work of Puttinu Cares, which assists patients and their families during difficult times.

Donations can be made via bank transfer, Revolut, or directly on site, with “Emergency Bike Ride” included as a reference.

This event is more than a cycling activity. It represents unity, compassion and community spirit, giving participants the chance to support those in need while taking part in a shared experience.
