Mayor of Marsa, Luke Farrugia, shared a post to social media showing a person who was found unconscious outside a local school.
‘In Marsa, when students leave school, they find this scene’, wrote the mayor, showing the man lying on the ground reportedly unconscious.
‘I believe this can be a traumatic experience for kids. It is for me, let alone for children.’
‘Do you think that fines are enough? When a person does not have a ceiling above their head? No, the fines are there for who have a car. It is time for new legal reforms’, he concluded.
