A video shared to social media by Rachel Galea captures the wholesome moment that her brother, Joseph Galea, welcomes his family on board their flight to Madrid.
Joseph, speaking through the plane’s announcement system, welcomed his parents and his sisters who joined him on board.
He gave a special welcome to his mum who, despite not being a big fan of flying, still joined them all, with the family tearing up over the big achievement.
Joseph even invited them over to the cockpit, with his dad even getting a chance to sit in the pilot’s seat.
‘A core memory we’ll cherish forever’, wrote Rachel. ‘So proud of you.’
