Maltese PBS journalist Liam Carter visited a refugee camp in Jalazone, which houses around 15,000 Palestinians.
In his interviews with them, Carter had the opportunity to hear and document stories from Gaza and West Bank, who described the attempted peace process as fragile.
‘However’, Carter quoted the refugees saying, ‘hope is the last thing to die.’ The Palestinians spoke with TVM news about their hopes for the future, their lives and how they dealt with displacement, and how they built something new as they await a resolution to the conflict.
