Maltese Boy Raises Over €4,500 For Puttinu Cares By Selling Homemade Lemonade

A young boy has raised an impressive €4,538 for children’s cancer charity Puttinu Cares by selling freshly made lemonade at Żejt iż-Żejtun.
Rhysin Farrugia used 60kg of lemons to prepare the refreshing drinks, turning a simple initiative into a significant fundraising effort for the charity.
Puttinu Cares praised Rhysin for his dedication and generosity in a Facebook post celebrating the achievement, and awarded hm with an Appreciation Certificate to recognise his hard work supporting the charity.
The charity also thanked his mother, Richielle, for her support and encouragement, which played an important role in making the initiative a success.
