Meet Manuel and Melanie, a pair of Maltese-Australians who set up a traditional food truck in Melbourne, Australia.
The video, shared by Lillian Chetcuti Riolo, shows ‘The Maltese’ Corner’, which is selling the local community homemade Maltese foodstuffs, from għaġin il-forn to imqaret to pastizzi.
The pair gave Lillian a mini-tour of the truck, and served a customer while they were at it. The two also explained their Maltese backgrounds, with Melanie saying that she has family inŻejtun and Ħaż-Żabbar. Her aunt Rita also has a cafe in Birgu.
The video has amassed 54.1K views on TikTok so far.
