Malta’s Most Haunted Locations

Did you know about these haunted locations in Malta, The Blue Dolphin House, Valletta, A house on St Ursula Street has a strange story. Two sailors once helped a lady inside, and the next day the house was in ruins. People say a light still flickers in the windows.
Villa Sans Souci, Marsaxlokk, This abandoned mansion is known as Malta’s scariest house. People say they hear weird noises inside. If you dare go in, you might feel extremely nervous.
Verdala Palace, Buskett, Legend tells of a young lady who jumped to her death from a window. Since then, her ghost, The Blue Lady, is seen wearing the same blue dress she died in, sometimes in mirrors or on balconies.
Splendid Hotel, Valletta, Once a brothel, a woman was murdered here. Her spirit is said to throw furniture around and roam the empty rooms. Artsy events happen now, but at night, who knows what lurks!

Fort St. Angelo, Birgu, This fort has a ghost called the Grey Lady. She was killed in the dungeon and now appears in the fort, slamming doors, heavy footsteps, cold breezes.
St Luke’s Hospital, Pietà, Malta’s old hospital that closed long ago is now abandoned. People say it is haunted by ghostly shapes in the empty wards and eerie sounds.
