Malta With Lowest Unemployment Rate By November 2025 In EU

According to the latest figures for 2025 unemployment, Malta registered the lowest percentage of unemployment in the EU at 3.1%.
This is consistent with previous months in the same year and the same month in 2024, with the latter registering 3.0% unemployment for Malta.
In the same month, youths (under-25) registered an 11.3% unemployment rate, which was a slight uptick from the previous year at 9.5%.
Still this remained one of the lowest rates of unemployment in the EU.
Meanwhile, Spain and Finland registered the highest rates of unemployment at 10.4% and 10.1% respectively in November 2025.
