Malta Police Teach Summer School Students Online Safety

Malta Police Force Community Officers joined recent selected SkolaSajf 2026 sessions, teaching students aged between 8 and 12 the importance of staying safe online and how to do so.
The officers helped the students acquire skills to recognise scams, suspicious links, requests for personal information and online pressure.
They urged the students to stop, think and ask before engaging in any activity on the internet, which, although likely monitored by parents, can still pose a threat to their safety.
The sessions form part of an ongoing collaboration between the police force and the Bank of Valletta, ‘aimed at strengthening awareness and reducing victimisation through education and prevention.’
