Malta Police Force Aid In Search For Girl Swept Out To Sea

The Malta Police Force have been aiding the other disciplined forces, the Armed Forces of Malta and Civil Protection Malta, in their search for the 13 year old girl swept out to sea.
Despite adverse weather conditions, the Malta Police also deployed a RHIB to support the ongoing search efforts at sea yesterday’, the force explained.
‘This afternoon, our police officers located a jacket which was later confirmed to belong to the girl’, said about yesterday.
‘The Malta Police are also providing assistance through the Police Support Response Team, offering the necessary support to the girl’s family during this difficult time.’
The public is once again urged to avoid the area as the search continues.
