Malta Models Celebrates Fifth Anniversary With Spectacular Charity Fashion Show

Malta Models celebrated its fifth anniversary with a spectacular event at MonteKristo, bringing together fashion, entertainment and charity in what was described as one of the longest catwalks ever held in Malta.
Organised by Malta Models founder and director Jeanette Schembri Bezzina, the event was held in aid of Hospice Malta. Around 60 models took to the catwalk throughout the evening, showcasing collections and outfits from a range of designers and brands, including Juneberry, Candida, Cefai Formal Wear, Gisele Couture, Zuri and Haute Couture by Daly.
The evening also featured live entertainment, with performances by Brass House Unit, singers Drakard and Michaela Galea, and dancers from Fantasy Show Girls. Around 400 guests attended, including influencers, presenters and other familiar faces.
The event was hosted by Keith Demicoli and supported by numerous sponsors and collaborators, while a large backstage team of photographers, videographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, coordinators and content creators worked behind the scenes.
For Schembri Bezzina, the anniversary was about more than celebrating five years of Malta Models. It also represented the fulfilment of a long-held dream.
In her speech, she spoke about her journey and the importance of determination and believing in one’s dreams.
The night ultimately combined fashion, entertainment and generosity, while celebrating five years of Malta Models.
