Malta Is Getting a New Greek Dining Experience This October: Cyana Rooftop

A new Aegean-inspired rooftop restaurant experience is getting ready to open its doors in Malta, with Cyana Rooftop officially opening to the public on Saturday 10th October at Hard Rock Hotel Malta.

More than just a restaurant, Cyana is bringing an all-day rooftop lifestyle destination experience to Malta - with a fusion of authentic Greek cuisine, Mediterranean Sea views, cocktails, music, and nightlife in one location.

Guests can expect everything from sunrise breakfasts to sunset dining and midnight cocktails, alongside an open kitchen, fresh seafood displays, charcoal grilling and chef interaction. The rooftop also boasts panoramic views across St. George’s Bay, St. Julian’s and Pembroke with five pools and Malta’s only cantilever pool, coming soon featuring luxurious cabanas and day beds.

The experience is led by Greek culinary influences, with Greek hospitality, ingredients and culture at the heart of the concept. Guests will also benefit from free parking and easy access to St George’s Mall, while Hard Rock Hotel Malta’s accommodation and entertainment options make it possible to turn dinner into a complete gastronomic experience in an iconic destination.
