Malta Horse Rescue Seeks €5,000 To Send Retired Trotters To UK on March 12th

A remarkable milestone was reached last month as the largest truck ever to leave Malta carrying horses departed the island, offering seventeen retired trotters a new beginning in the United Kingdom.
Once their racing days were over, these horses faced an uncertain future, but thanks to the efforts of dedicated rescuers and supporters, they were given the chance to start again with adoptive families and greener fields abroad.
Now, the organisation behind the historic journey is preparing for another rescue mission. A new group of retired horses is ready to make the trip on March 12, but time is running out to secure the funds needed to transport them.
Each truck costs thousands of euros, and the group has set a €5,000 target. So far, only €1,700 has been raised. Without additional donations, some horses may have to be removed from the transport list.
Through social media, the team is urging its 20,000 supporters to help once more, stressing that even a €1 contribution could make the difference in giving these horses the second chance they deserve.
If you're able, donate HERE and help these horses start a new life!
