Wife of Prime Minister Robert Abela, Lydia Abela, met workers in Valletta and commended them for their hard and ongoing work.
Meeting one worker, Abela pointed to his hands and said, “You know what these mean right? They mean work”, before commending him on his efforts.
Abela met other workers and did not shy away from shaking their hands despite them being on the job.
