Local Shares Electric Guitar Innu Malti Ahead Of National Anthem Day

Maltese guitarist James Dratta has released a special electric guitar rendition of the Maltese national anthem.
Doing so ahead of December 27th being the first official commemoration of National Malta Anthem Day, Dratta recaptured Dun Karm Psaila’s anthem with a fresh, contemporary’ spin for 2024.
‘As a local musician, I wanted to create a tribute that honours the traditional melody while presenting it in a fresh, contemporary light suitable for 2024. The track blends a respectful approach to the original composition with the energy of modern rock guitar’, Dratta told Malta Daily.
Dratta plans on releasing the track on Spotify and other streaming platforms on the 27th of December.
