Taking to Facebook group Nostalgia Malta, Carmelo Gauci shared vintage black and white photos of various spots around Malta and Gozo dating back to the late 1800s and early 1900s.
The photos show Marsalforn, Gozo circa 1888, the docks in Cottonera, as well as Valletta in 1908!
The stills capture a very different Malta to what we know today, a different world experienced by many of our grandparents and their families.
