Local Police Walk For Over 20 Hours In Aid Of Puttinu Cares

Six groups of Malta Police officers from various units within the Operational Support branch took on a 20 hour and 16 minute walking challenge in aid of Puttinu Cares.
Walking in relay format, ensuring that at least one group was always on the road throughout the entire duration, they managed to cover 127.6km.
In the end, they managed to raise €2,700 for Puttinu Cares, with the proceeds going to help many battling serious conditions.
‘This initiative was not just a test of endurance, but a heartfelt effort to support children and families going through medical treatment’, the police force explained.
