Local Photographers Capture Stunning Shots Of Yesterday's Partial Solar Eclipse

A rare celestial spectacle lit up Maltese skies yesterday evening, as a partial solar eclipse appeared alongside the setting sun.

Local photographers Marika Caruana and Dwardu captured stunning images of the phenomenon, offering a beautiful glimpse of the eclipse from Malta.

“Today’s partial solar eclipse next to Sanap Cliffs, captured from Cirkewwa,” Caruana shared alongside her photograph on Facebook.

Dwardu also shared a breathtaking image of the eclipse, seemingly captured later in the evening as the sun continued its descent.

The unusual sight attracted attention from skywatchers across the islands, with the partial eclipse adding an extra touch of magic to Malta’s sunset.
