Local Creator Shows ‘What Depression Really Looks Like’

Taking to social media, Maltese creator Yas Pisani shared a video urging for more mental health awareness by showing what ‘depression’ often looks like versus what it is often thought it is.

Yas cried and sobbed during her section ‘what people think depression looks like’, but laughed and smiled to show how people often mentally struggling often hide their pain.

She also highlighted the exhaustion that comes with keeping up appearances and the struggle.

‘People don’t always show that they are suffering, so be kind to one another’, wrote Yas.
