Eligible applicants include NGOs, public entities, Local Councils, private organisations, educational institutions and self-employed individuals.

Among the Maltese beneficiaries under the European Cooperation Projects Call are VocaChoir, Studio 18, Migrant Women Association Malta, and the University of Malta. This call supports transnational projects that foster the creation and circulation of European artistic works while promoting innovation across the cultural and creative sectors.

The Culture strand of the programme also encompasses several additional funding opportunities, including Culture Moves Europe, which offers fully funded mobility opportunities for artists aged 18 and over; Circulation of European Literary Works, which supports the translation of books into other European languages; the European Networks of Cultural and Creative Organisations, which strengthens transnational membership-based networks to enhance capacity, diversity and competitiveness within the sector; and the European Platforms for the Promotion of Emerging Artists, which supports transnational networks that identify and promote emerging talent, enabling artists to showcase their work internationally and expand their cross-border reach.
