That is why we are proud to introduce A Taste of South America, our brand new monthly wine pairing dining series that takes you on an unforgettable journey across one of the most exciting and diverse culinary regions on the planet.
What is A Taste of South America?
A Taste of South America is a monthly wine pairing dining series, each edition dedicated to a different South American country. Every sitting celebrates the unique flavours, ingredients, traditions and wines that define that country's food culture, brought to life at LOA's table by our Head Sommelier and culinary team.
Each month, a new destination. Each month, a new story on your plate.
From the smoky grill pits of Argentina to the vibrant ceviches of Peru, from the rich red wines of Chile to the rum culture of Cuba, this is South America like you have never experienced it before.
How Does It Work?
Once a month, LOA transforms into a culinary embassy for one South American country. Guests are invited to sit down for a specially crafted 4-course dinner, with each dish thoughtfully paired with wines and drinks that are emblematic of that country's region and terroir. Our Head Sommelier will be present throughout the evening to guide you through every pairing, sharing the stories and passion behind each glass.
This dining series is not just a dinner. It is an education, an experience and a celebration, all in one evening.
First Stop: Argentina
Our wine pairing dining series begins in Argentina, a country where food and wine are not just sustenance, they are a way of life.
Think Malbec. Think asado. Think long tables, open fires and the warmth of Argentine hospitality. Our Head Sommelier will take you through the world of Argentine wine, exploring the iconic Malbec grape and the breathtaking regions that produce it, from the sun-soaked vineyards of Mendoza to the wild landscapes of Patagonia.
The Argentina edition of A Taste of South America launches on Wednesday 13th May and sets the tone for everything that follows.

Every edition of the dining series includes a 4-course menu inspired by the featured country's cuisine, a full wine pairing curated and presented by our Head Sommelier, and an immersive experience celebrating the food, wine and culture of the destination.
