Len & Jacob’s Brother To Carry 50 Kilos From Malta To Gozo

Isaac Galea, the older brother of Len and Jacob, is going to be carrying 50 kilos from Malta to Gozo.
Starting in Mosta, Isaac will be carrying the weights to Cirkewwa, swimming across to Gozo (despite not being a big fan of swimming) and then all the way to Pinu.
He chose the number 50 kilos as it was the weight of one of his brothers.
Len and Jacob are two brothers who were diagnosed with Zellweger Disease, a severe genetic disorder which impairs metabolism, causing severe neurological, liver and kidney problems and other physical disabilities.
Isaac started a TikTok page to document his entire journey, and tattooed his brothers onto his leg to keep their spirit with him all throughout the voyage.
